1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the IT-Webination Systems website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We provide software development, ERP implementation, and technical consulting as independent specialists.
2. Scope of Services
Our services are provided on a project-by-project basis. While we strive for excellence in implementing platforms like Odoo, we are independent consultants. We do not provide official licensing for third-party software; such licenses must be obtained directly from the respective providers.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, the custom code and configurations created specifically for your business belong to you upon final payment. Frameworks and libraries used (like Next.js or Odoo Core) remain subject to their respective open-source or proprietary licenses.
Crucial Disclaimer
IT-Webination Systems is NOT an authorized partner, dealer, or representative of Odoo S.A. or any other software vendor. We are an independent software house providing expert-level implementation services based on our technical skills and experience.
4. Limitation of Liability
IT-Webination Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our developed solutions. We provide a hypercare support period post-launch to ensure stability, but long-term maintenance requires a separate SLA.
